Frank Müller to become Chief Executive Officer of TrelleborgVibracoustic

Frank Müller (49), is to join the Management Board of TrelleborgVibracoustic as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 1, 2015. He will be taking over from Hans-Jürgen Goslar (64), who – after a transition period of four weeks – will act as advisor before his retirement in March 2016.

Frank Müller joins TrelleborgVibracoustic from his position as Vice President & General Manager for TRW Automotive’s Global Occupant Safety Systems Division that he has led since 2009. Between 1996 and 2009 he held various positions at Behr GmbH & Co. KG. From 1998 to 2009 he was located in the USA initially as CFO and between 2004 and 2009 as President and CEO of Behr America. Frank Müller began his career as a consultant and project manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1991, where he remained until 1996. He has a Bachelor in Business Administration from ESB Business School, Reutlingen (Germany) and Middlesex University, London (England).

Hans-Jürgen Goslar has been CEO for TrelleborgVibracoustic since the creation of the joint venture in 2012 and prior to this he was the CEO for Vibracoustic since 2008.

Lennart Johansson (54), currently member of the Management Board of TrelleborgVibracoustic, will end his assignment from February 1, 2015. The Management Board of TrelleborgVibracoustic will be reduced from four to three members, consisting of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer (Norbert Schebesta, 65) and Chief Technology Officer (Jim Law, 59). Following a transition period, Lennart Johansson will assume a position as Senior Advisor in the Trelleborg Group. The Supervisory Board thanks Lennart Johansson for his contribution to TrelleborgVibracoustic.
